The adventure continues. I had a setback on Thursday when, instead of having my meal supplement shake, I instead had a gyro from a place called Fat Pita. Yeah, I know. It didn't settle well with me, and it feels like it's just lingered in my gut for the rest of the week. I keep vacillating between stomach-growling hunger and feeling stuffed, even though I'm not eating all that much. It was actually a bit of a challenge to consume the full 1000 calories some days.
Regardless of the set-back, I was able to regroup and refocus on the program, and ended the week another 4.2 pounds down.
4.2 pounds, for a total of 19 pounds down, and 121 to go.
I won't be able to weigh in officially next week, so the numbers will be unofficial. Nonetheless, I will check in.
